AfroPulse – Terms of Use

Welcome to AfroPulse! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, platform, and services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using AfroPulse, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

  • You grant AfroPulse a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform.

You retain ownership of your content. AfroPulse does not claim ownership, but may use it for platform promotion and monetization features with proper attribution.


4. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You agree not to post, upload, or share any content that:

  • Promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination.

  • Contains nudity, sexually explicit material, or pornography (except where allowed under AfroPulse content policies and properly labeled).

  • Infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

  • Is misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent.

  • Endangers children or includes unsafe or exploitative material.

AfroPulse reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.


5. Child-Friendly Content Zones

We provide dedicated content areas for children. If you upload content intended for children, you must comply with all applicable laws, including any child content labeling and safety requirements.


6. Monetization & Points System

AfroPulse provides monetization tools including:

  • In-video ads

  • Channel subscriptions

  • Stock video sales

  • Referral earnings

  • Movie rentals and purchases

  • Royalties from background music

  • Points that can be earned and converted to cash or rewards

AfroPulse reserves the right to modify monetization policies or payout terms with reasonable notice. Fraudulent activity to manipulate views, clicks, or engagement may result in suspension or forfeiture of earnings.


7. Intellectual Property

All AfroPulse branding, software, and system design are owned or licensed by AfroPulse. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or distribute platform code, trademarks, or design elements without written consent.

If you believe your copyright or intellectual property is being infringed, please contact us with the necessary details and proof of ownership.
