Refund Policy

AfroPulse – Refund Policy

At AfroPulse, we are committed to delivering a quality experience for both our content creators and our viewers. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding purchases and subscriptions on our platform.


1. Digital Content & Video Purchases

All purchases of digital products, including but not limited to:

  • Pay-per-view movies

  • Stock video downloads

  • Single video purchases

  • Exclusive channel content

are non-refundable once the content has been accessed, streamed, or downloaded. This is due to the digital nature of our services, where access is granted immediately after purchase.

However, if you were charged in error or unable to access the content due to a technical issue on our side, please contact us within 72 hours of the transaction for a case-by-case review.


2. Subscriptions & Channel Memberships

Recurring subscriptions or channel memberships (e.g. monthly creator access or premium user packages) are billed in advance.

You may request a refund if:

  • You were charged after cancelling your subscription before the renewal date.

  • You experienced a technical failure preventing access to the subscribed content for more than 48 hours.

  • You were mistakenly charged multiple times.

Note: Partial refunds for the remaining days of a subscription period are generally not granted unless service was unavailable due to platform-side errors.


3. Points Conversion & Referral Rewards

AfroPulse Points earned through platform activity (watching, sharing, or referrals) are not eligible for refund once converted or cashed out.

If you believe your earnings or conversion was processed incorrectly, reach out to us within 5 days of the transaction for review.


4. Creator Transactions

If you are a content creator and have sold digital assets (e.g. stock videos, rentals), you are responsible for ensuring content is original, functional, and properly categorized.

Refunds requested by buyers due to misleading titles, corrupted files, or content misrepresentation may be issued and the earnings reversed from your account.


5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at:

Include the following:

  • Your name and account email

  • Transaction ID and date

  • Description of the issue

  • Any screenshots or proof if applicable

We aim to respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or credited to your AfroPulse wallet.


6. Policy Updates

AfroPulse reserves the right to update or revise this refund policy at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
